Art Deco rare Hermès Paris Perfume Bottles, made by Louis Ravinet & Charles Denfert in France,

Embossé HERMES Paris.

Poinçon de l'orfèvre RAVINET D'ENFER (RD). Numéroté 23528

17 cm high and 17,5 cm high

This superb pair of Art Deco vanity parfum bottles—represents a highly sought-after, high-end collector's item. It perfectly exemplifies the prestigious mid-20th-century collaborations between fine silversmiths and the Parisian luxury house.

Materials: The bodies are crafted from molded crystal, featuring a radiating "sunburst" pattern at the base. The stoppers combine fine wood (likely rosewood or walnut with pronounced grain) with a central silver-plated band adorned with a curb-link or anchor-chain motif—an iconic signature of the equestrian and maritime worlds associated with Hermès.

Authenticity marks: The embossed "HERMES Paris" inscription, the silversmith's mark "RD" (featuring the anchor and cloverleaf of Ravinet d'Enfert), and the serial number 23528 confirm that this was a period special order, produced in a very limited run.

Market and collector appeal: Ravinet d'Enfert created numerous high-end tableware and desk accessories for Hermès (including cocktail shakers, ice buckets, bottle openers, and smoking sets).

Finding a complete pair of bottles of this size, with their original wood and silver-plated stoppers intact, is rare. Collectors of vintage Hermès items, as well as enthusiasts of fine glass bottles and Art Deco barware, particularly prize these elegant, masculine pieces.
